"I was surprised by how expensive everything..."
I was surprised by how expensive everything was. The prices felt ridiculous to me, i’d expect at least some kind of apology or explanation for charging that much

"I used INS to look up..."
I used INS to look up some insurance info, and the site itself worked fine. But after that, I started getting way more follow-up emails than I expected. I’m not totally sure how my information gets shared, but it felt a little pushy and made me uncomfortable from a privacy standpoint, if that makes sense.
"Quote Wasn't Even Close"
I got a quote on INS and thought it seemed reasonable, so I went ahead and started the whole process. After putting in all my info and taking the time to follow the steps, the actual price came back way higher, like it was a totally different quote.
I understand prices can change a bit, but this was way too much. It felt like I did a bunch of extra work for nothing, and that’s really frustrating. I wouldn’t use it again if the quote they show upfront isn’t even close to the real price.

"Claim got sorted in the end, just took a while"
My claim did get sorted eventually, but it took longer than I expected. I’m not sure, but it kind of felt like it was just sitting in someone’s queue for a bit before anything happened.

"Not a fan of managing policies here"
I’ll admit I’m picky about apps and websites being easy to use, but managing my policy on ins.com really frustrated me. I had to dig around way too long just to find basic info, and a couple of changes I made didn’t seem to save the first time. Using it on my phone felt clunky too. For something that should be quick and simple, it ended up being a hassle.

"Applying on ins.com was more hassle than I expected"
From what I remember, trying to apply on INS was annoying. It kept asking me for the same information on different pages, and a few sections didn’t load properly. I had to backtrack a couple of times, and even after all that, I wasn’t totally sure the application actually went through. For something that should’ve been straightforward, it felt way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"I don’t know, maybe I caught them..."
I don’t know, maybe I caught them at a bad time, but I waited for days and still didn’t get a reply. It was frustrating, and the support experience just felt really slow

"Really clear and honest overall"
I found Ins.com really easy to follow, and it felt upfront about everything. I definitely trusted the info, though I do wish a few details had been explained a bit faster

"I checked out ins.com recently, and..."
I checked out ins.com recently, and from what I remember, the coverage choices felt limited. I was looking around for something specific and just couldn’t find what I needed. Maybe I missed something, but it was kind of frustrating.
